Best Ground Stir-Fried Turkey Enchilada with Couscous
Quick healthy eats? It is doable! These convenient and straightforward dinners are ready in minutes. This turkey enchilada stir fry with couscous is one of the ultimate weekday meals, thanks to the fact that it just requires ten ingredients and 30 minutes of preparation time. It's brimming with flavor, yet it doesn't have nearly as many calories as the classic version.
Steps
Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil in a small pan. Stir the couscous into the pot. Stop the burner, cover, and wait 5 minutes. Set aside with a fork-fluff.
Meantime, brown the ground turkey in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat, splitting it up with a wooden spoon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Send in and place aside into a bowl. Remove any excess fat from the pan and wipe it clean. Heat the oil in the same pot over high heat, add the squash, and cook for eight to ten minutes, tossing, until browned and softened. Cook for 3–5 minutes with the broccoli. Stir in the turkey, beans, enchilada sauce, and salsa until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Remove from the heat.
Serve alongside the couscous and garnish with any of the suggested toppings.
